MY WORK IMMERSION EXPERIENCE

On my first day, I was given a task right away. I felt confused at first, but I learned to be resourceful. Slowly, I figured out how to organize each paper and understand the numbers written on them.

Handling papers taught me to focus on details not just to organize, but to be careful and patient. I also realized the importance of being neat and organized because even small mistakes can have a big impact.

I am putting tabbing on the documents for ma'am/sir. The tabbing helps make it easier to find what you are looking for. It has letters and numbers, starting from A to J7. Tabbing is one of the most time-consuming tasks in the PNP because each document needs 22 tabs with the correct letters or numbers. They must be evenly spaced and properly aligned.

I am cutting the letters for the tabbing that I will stick on the documents. It is a very time-consuming task because the neater it is, the better it looks. At first, I struggled, but now I enjoy cutting the tabbing letters.

I was assigned to edit for the promotion of police officers. It felt a bit embarrassing because the IT students were watching, and I kept thinking "what if" what if they judge me, especially since some of them are experts. But after that, I just did a little retouch on the edit I made.

I organized the documents needed by ma'am. I had to make sure I didn't forget anything and that everything was in the correct order and properly aligned.

Here, I am scanning the documents needed, making sure they are in the correct order since they are part of a case. I must not forget even a single page to keep everything organized. I use the CS (CamScanner) app for this task.
